RAMS 2019 14ga. Powered Rotary Machine is capable of producing Beading, Crimping, Flanging, Ogee Beading, Offsetting, Elbow Edging, and more profiles. Features include a full 12″ throat depth with no interference, an easily adjustable oversized back gauge and a pressure sensitive foot pedal that allows the operator to control the time it takes the rollers to contact the material. A time delay roller rotation can be adjusted to allow rollers to begin rotation prior to or after material contact.
The user-friendly control panel allows “on the fly” pressure and speed adjustments. The RAMS 2019 14ga Powered Rotary Machine is also equipped with a unique square drive shaft that is stronger and eliminates the need for key-ways, and an integrated roll storage system to house your roll sets.
